Level 4: 3D Model & Exterior Design Concept

Take your concept design further with 3D modelling and exterior sketches. In addition to hand-drawn interior floor plan sketches of your home, I’ll create a 3D massing model to help you visualise how the exterior could look. I will send you a live link to this model so you can explore it on yoru own device in your own time.

This service goes beyond the basics, giving you a fuller picture of how your home could be transformed, both inside and out. You’ll still receive a video talking through different design options, helping you make informed decisions without committing to a full architectural service.
