Level 1: Starter – Single Floor Concept Design

Our Starter service is a perfect first step. We’ll look at one floor of your small to medium-sized house (up to 100m²) and explore a range of design possibilities. Using existing plans, I’ll sketch different layout ideas while explaining the thought process behind each option. 

You’ll receive a video that not only shows the designs and also explains how the solutions could work for your home’s layout and lifestyle.

This is an exploratory service to help you visualise options—ideal for homeowners looking to start the journey of transforming their home.

The goal of the service is not to develop a final design solution, more to test ideas and start the conversation. The next steps would be a measured survey, pre-construction report, followed by RIBA Stage 2 concept design.
